Shipping
Here at InStyleBabies.com we know that you want your order fast. Our policy is to ship as quickly as possible. If your order is in stock and placed before 2:00 pm EST, Monday thru Friday, it will ship the same day. Any order placed after hours, will ship the next day. We ship UPS for all our continental US orders. As soon as we ship your order, we'll send you an email to let you know it's on the way. Use the tracking link to track your order on line.
We are offering free shipping on any order above $50.00 this month. Orders under fifty dollars are charged a flat fee of $4.99 for shipping and handling in the continental US. Some web sites appear to have good pricing, but when you check out, be aware of high shipping and handling costs.
If you have a special request, such as next day, 2nd day shipping, or shipping out of the Continental US, send us an email or call us for a quote. We do ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada and APO/FPO addresses. Sales@InStyleBabies.com or 1-877-719-6085.
Remember that some special order items can take 4-6 weeks. You will receive an email after you place your order, with an estimated shipping date on all purchases.

Returns
We will gladly return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase. Simply, call for a return approval. Once the item is returned we will credit the charge card you used to make the purchase. We deduct all shipping/handling costs involved in the purchase. Unlike many online retailers, we do not charge a restocking fee. There are a few things that are not returnable, such as beauty, hygiene products and some special orders.
If you need to return an item, please use UPS, Fed Ex or Priority Mail. We recommend that you insure your return. This protects you if the package is lost. Keeping in mind, we can only credit your purchase when the item arrives to our location.
